About Us
Grimes County True Blue Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the local law enforcement community. All proceeds are used to provide equipment for local law agencies and officers, financial support for officers injured on the job, and scholarships to local Grimes County seniors who are children of first responders or pursuing an education in law enforcement. Our team is committed to making a positive impact by ensuring the safety and well-being of our community. We take pride in being a reliable source of support for our local heroes. 2024-2025 Community Impact
In May 2025, True Blue presented 7 high school seniors with scholarships. To qualify for a True Blue scholarship the senior has to have a connection to Grimes County and either be a child of a first responder or are working towards a law enforcement related field.
Our 2024 Banquet, brought in approximately $190,567.38 in donations. True Blue presented approximately $103,300.00 worth of equipment to our law enforcement agencies that serve Grimes County. Additionally, True Blue outfitted 11 vehicles for our local law enforcement agencies with bullet resistant windows and panels costing approximately $99,000.00.
